Workplace mediation referral

Refer a workplace mediation

For organisations referring a dispute to us — HR, a line manager, or an employee relations lead. Send us the details and we will allocate a team within 24 hrs

What happens after you send it

A referral is the start of the process and we keep you updated at every stage.

01

We allocate the correct mediators per case

When a referral is received we will assign an appropriate team within 24hrs to handle the case

02

We speak to each employee separately

The lead mediator will endeavour to contact the parties within 2 working days to arrange dates for the process

03

We tell you honestly if it is not the right tool

Your case manager will provide weekly updates so you are aware of timeframes. As the process is confidential any reports will be limited to dates and only information the parties have agreed to share

Referral form

Please give us enough to understand the situation. If you are unsure about any field, leave it blank and we will pick it up when we speak.

Please make sure the employees involved know a referral is being made and are content for us to contact them. Mediation is voluntary, and we will not approach anyone who has not agreed to be contacted. Information is handled as set out in our privacy notice.

Talk to us first

If you would rather describe the situation out loud before putting anything in writing, ring us and ask for the mediation team.

Community and neighbour disputes

This form is for workplace and organisational referrals. If your enquiry is about a neighbour, a family or a community group, there is no form to fill in — community mediation starts with a phone call, and anyone can make that call, including the people involved themselves.
