Three ways in

Employment

Jobs

Roles are advertised here and on Community NI when we have them. To confirm — current vacancies.

Experience

Volunteering & internships

We have hosted interns and volunteers across training, programme delivery and administration.

Panel

Become an associate

For experienced mediators, coaches, trainers and facilitators who want to take work with us case by case.

Development

Practitioner supervision

Case consultation supervision, reflective practice and CPD for practising mediators — whether or not you work with us.

What we look for in associates

Accredited practitioners with live experience, who can work to our code of practice and hold a room when it gets difficult. We use a co-mediation model on community and interface work, so the ability to work alongside another mediator matters as much as individual skill.

If that sounds like you, get in touch and tell us what you practise and where.

Apply to join our associate panel

We work with a panel of experienced associate mediators, trainers and facilitators across Northern Ireland and further afield.

RECRUITING: Closed

HOW TO TURN THE FORM ON AND OFF: the line above this one is the switch. Type it exactly as RECRUITING: OPEN to show the application form. Change that last word to anything else — RECRUITING: CLOSED — and the form is replaced by the “not currently recruiting” message. Update the page to apply it. Neither this line nor the switch is visible to visitors.

Now accepting applications

Complete the form below and we will be in touch. We review applications as they arrive rather than in batches.

Not currently recruiting

We are not taking applications for new associates at the moment.

We open recruitment periodically, and the form appears on this page when we do. Check back here, or keep an eye on our social media, and we will announce the next round.
