What this course is

Advanced practice for experienced mediators: multi-party disputes, systemic thinking, and conflict that runs through a whole team or organisation rather than between two people.

Who it is for

We run this for workplaces and for community organisations alike. The material is the same; the examples and the pace are set by the group in the room.

This is speciality — an advanced course. It assumes you already have practice behind you, and it goes deeper rather than broader.

Entry requirement. You need a recognised Mediation Theory & Practice qualification and at least two completed mediation cases behind you.

How it runs

We deliver this course to a whole group rather than as a public course.

01

Talk it through

Tell us who the group is and what you need out of it. Usually a short call.

02

We shape it

The accredited content is fixed, but the examples, the case material and the pace are built around your group.

03

We deliver it

In your own setting or online, over 6 days, at times that suit the group.

04

Accreditation

Learners are registered with OCN Northern Ireland and assessed against the published criteria.

Accreditation

This course is OCN NI accredited at Level 4.
