What you will cover
Delivered against the OCN Northern Ireland unit specification. By the end of it you will have covered:
- The principles of group behaviour and the stages of group development, based on Tuckman’s model
- Planning, delivering and evaluating group activities
- Reviewing leadership and the role of the facilitator

This is speciality — an advanced course. It assumes you already have practice behind you, and it goes deeper rather than broader.
