What this course is

In a community setting: Leading a group, a committee or a project when nobody reports to you and everything runs on goodwill.
Leadership content transfers almost intact between a management team and a community committee. What changes is the examples and the word “community” in the title — which matters, because “Effective Leadership Skills” reads as corporate training to a residents group.
Who it is for
We run this for workplaces and for community organisations alike. The material is the same; the examples and the pace are set by the group in the room.
This is skills course — a short course, complete in itself. There is no prerequisite, and nothing you are expected to take afterwards.
