What this course is
In a workplace: Trauma-informed practice for managers and anyone supporting colleagues through difficulty.
In a community setting: Adversity, trauma and resilience — including the legacy of conflict and how it carries down generations.
Trauma-informed practice. In a workplace this is wellbeing and manager capability; in a community setting it is legacy and intergenerational trauma. Same content, two entirely different sales conversations.
Who it is for
We run this for workplaces and for community organisations alike. The material is the same; the examples and the pace are set by the group in the room.
This is skills course — a short course, complete in itself. There is no prerequisite, and nothing you are expected to take afterwards.
